Ideally situated in the middle of Queens, Hyatt Place Long Island City offers free WiFi and a fitness centre. We had a very nice stay for 5 nights. Our room was very comfortable and clean and it was easy to get to the bus or subway to Manhatten. Excellent service, comfortable beds, modern rooms, delicious breakfast

The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Great location. The staff offered to and dried our clothes after getting caught in a storm. The man working at breakfast was exceptional.

This is a new property, the staff were always nice and smiling, breakfast included good selection, the location is in a rough neighborhood with lots of warehouses and deli's, I don't recommend go after hours but there's plenty of public transportation and a city bike station just around the corner that can take you in less than 35 min to Central Park.
