A 15-minute walk from Citi Field, John Hotel is set in the Flushing Chinatown district of Queens. I liked the fact that it had an ATM right in the lobby, they arranged a pick up and drop off from the airport for a fair price. The room was nice, and the hotel was in a good location.

Grandview Hotel New York is located in Queens, 2.1 km from Citi Field and 2.5 km from Arthur Ashe Stadium. The hotel was very clean and cozy and had every basic amenities, the location is perfect if you want to go to manhattan everyday and the staff was really nice. Really good hotel and 100% recommended especially if you're on a budget.

Rooftop restaurant was a great setting, limited menu, but good food and beautiful views. Lastly, and most importantly, I arrived to the airport and realized I had left my passport in the room safe. I grabbed a taxi back on the way called the hotel. The front desk staff ran to my room and had retrieved my passport before I even got back to meet me at the door when I arrived! I was so grateful and appreciative of the help in getting back to the airport quickly!
