Helaida (I think) the waitress at breakfast time is so kind and helpful. She does her job excellent!!! The supervisor has also been very helpful and she is really kind. Clean and the staff were so friendly. I worked in the lobby when I checked out and watched the staff interact with others, and they were so friendly. We had an accessible queen room, so it was larger than the regular, so it worked out great.

It was the smallest room I've ever been in but it had all the necessities. The bathroom was nice and clean. They had netflix guest account so I enjoyed watching "3 body problem". The bed was super comfy, and the front desk staff was really nice. He gave me a water bottle while I was waiting for the room to be ready. It's close to the train station and there are good food to grab and eat at the hotel. I had K.O. burger right around the corner and it was pretty decent.

My husband and i loved this hotel as it was located on Mulberry street which connects Chinatown, Little Italy and Soho all on the same street. The location was also perfect for walking to Wall Street, 9/11 Memorial, Brooklyn Bridge and Battery Park for the ferry to Statue of Liberty. The view from our room was amazing and we loved the big balcony!. Our room was modern and comfy all around and the coffee machine in our room was a nice perk.

I was with low expectations and loved every second. They asked a taxi for us to go to a gospel church in Brooklyn and it was an amazing experience. We left our baggages for free after the check-out and everything went well.
