Location is great, staff was really helpful and generous, they gave us a free upgrade to the 45th floor that had an amazing view. So grateful for that! The beds were really comfortable and the room was very clean. Awesome hotel!

Everything about this hotel is fabulous. The staff is friendly The rooms are well thought out. With good attention to detail! The lounge and the 360-view rooftop are outstanding. We even enjoyed the complimentary coffee and breakfast at the hotel entrance! Highly recommend!

Offering a complimentary breakfast, Hyatt House New York/Chelsea is 644 metres from the Empire State Building. The staff was great! We loved talking to Yahsheed about NY life, Brooklyn, the Bronx etc. Location great! Nice, clean room with enough space, comfortable beds.The mini market at the reception turned out to be of great use for our 2 adult kids who enjoyed their easy access to Red Bull. Would definitely stay here again! Lots of love from The Red Bull Family
