Located near Fisherman’s Wharf, it has easy access to shopping, dining, and whale watching. The Portola Hotel & Spa is 1.6 km from the historic Cannery Row. Great location right on the beach, modern property with lovely spacius room with balcony onto the beach.

This hotel offers individually decorated rooms with free WiFi and a cable TV. Fisherman’s Wharf is within easy walking distance from Merritt House Hotel. We booked this last minute on Booking.com and I was worried it was a B&B but it was a lovely boutique hotel in the heart of the town. The breakfast was healthy and fun served on colourful Fiesta Ware. The room was immaculate, spacious and charming. The staff was helpful during our stay and then went above and beyond by shipping items back to me that I left in drawer. I cannot praise Merritt House enough!
