The attention from the front desk people is great and very warm. One of the front desk guys was exceptionally nice, too bad i´m bad with names. The fact that theres an steam bath available for all guests is great, very complete gym too. The West Loop area is full of very good restaurants and all of them are wlaking distance from the hotel. I left something in an Uber and left the hotel that same day, i contacted the hotel about it and they were willing to send it to me. Very greateful for that . The food and drinks at the Nobu rooftop is 5 stars.

Welcome to The Hoxton, Chicago - your home away from home in the heart of Chicago's West Loop district. Literally loved this place. Also very good value for Chicago. Wonderful location, fantastic menu in the restaurants both upstairs and downstairs.

Nice snacks, nice staff, huge and comfy bed. Windows are very soundproof, couldn’t believe the noise when I opened it, when closed its silent in the room! Housekeeping was also especially attentive and sweet, I felt cared for

This all-suites hotel is located in the city’s West Loop neighborhood in downtown Chicago and offers free hot breakfast and free WiFi. Excellent location, everything was neat and welcoming. Loved how warm the employees (Anette and Beto) were during breakfast which was tasty and decently varied (scrambled eggs, sausages, fruit, bakery, yoghurt, oatmeal, juices, coffee and tea). I could receive packages from online purchases with no hassle even if away for the day. Kitchenette was super conveniente for homey fast meals. Public transportation is super close and accesible. Drip coffee available all day long. Free laundry self service was super useful during my week long stay.

The location is great and the view from our room was amazing! We stayed in a king room, it was very clean and comfortable.

Everything was amazing. The staff was superb. The facility was immaculate. The parking garage was covered, warm, and safe.

Hotel Chicago West Loop is located in the middle of the UIC Medical District, only 600 metres from the United Center. Everything was perfect needed to be close to United Center and the room was perfect for one night stay.

Moments from the United Center, home to the Chicago Bulls, this hotel offers easy access to city centre attractions along with on-site dining, comfortable guestrooms and a 24-hour fitness centre. The folks at the front desk at check in and check out were amazing! The bed was SO COMFORTABLE.
