Our room was at the top level of the building and had a nice view. The floor was tile and hardwood, which feels much cleaner than carpet. The room was spacious and clean overall. It was good value for money, considering NYC prices. The staff was friendly. I appreciated having a fridge and a microwave. The hotel is conveniently located only 2-3 minutes walk from the subway station. The travel time to Manhattan is about 15-25 minutes, depending on the area.

Really nice staff! Easy to get into the center of NYC by using the subway which is super close to the hotel! Felt safe and the rooms were clean! Again, the people worker there were super nice and helpful!!

The room was very clean, the cleaning team work very hard to keep the holiday immaculate. The staff are polite. My room which was 418 was very very clean, bed was superb comfortable.
