I had an outstanding experience at this hotel, largely thanks to the exceptional staff at the reception. They were not just helpful but went above and beyond to assist me. I encountered difficulties with the car rental company and had to wait for the roadside assistance for 2-3hours, which unfortunately never arrived. However, the hotel staff took incredible care of me, providing assistance and, in the end, even managing to get the car running again. This was more than just a service; it was a beautiful human experience. I am truly grateful for the care and support I received. Despite the challenging situation, the hotel staff turned it into a positive and memorable experience. Thank you so much; I will never forget this gesture of kindness! The hotel was everything I expected – a nice, spacious room, convenient hotel parking, and a comfortable bed - the suite provided everything necessary for a restful night.

Staff was extra friendly and very help with any questions during our check in and checkout. The room was very clean and very spacious. Exactly what we needed for our little weekend getaway.

Vulcan’s Hideout / Colorful C2 se encuentra en el barrio de Five Points South, en Birmingham, a 5,9 km de Universidad de Samford, a 6,2 km de Legion Field y a 31 km de Alabama Splash Adventure. It was so quiet and clean! Very close to UAB campus so I felt very safe being a solo traveler. I was able to bring my dog which was wonderful. It was perfect little spot for the two of us. I look forward to using this property again this summer as we will travel back to the same area 4 different times. And Charles is a wonderful host! Always got back to me super quick and made me feel very comfortable before during and after my stay!
