The staff is very friendly, always greeting guests with a smile and always ready to assist. Loved the view from the roof top terrace but also the restaurant on the ground floor is perfect. We will certainly be back to Meroddi Barnathan. The experience was excellent!

Everything from check in to check out was seamless. The staff was exceptional and went out of the way to give us recommendations and helped with our tour bookings. The location of the property is spot on - a short walk to Istiklal Street and the tram station. The neighbourhood is filled with the cutest shops, cafes; highly recommend Gramaj and local designer boutiques.

We booked this hotel based on the huge amount of positive reviews but I will admit we were a bit skeptical about believing them. I am so pleased to say this hotel lived up to the hype - an excellent location, a spotless room that was thoroughly cleaned every day and the friendliest and most helpful staff who were available all day every day. Special mention also to the highlight of our trip - Mr Osman, the hotel’s feline Head of Security. We would not hesitate to stay here again next time we visit Istanbul.

We stayed in Istanbul Mukarnas for one week and our experience was phenomenal. The property is super clean, and modern. The bedrooms are a good size and bedding comfortable. The location is prime as it was only a 1 minute walk to the lively Istiklal street. We walked everywhere and it didn’t feel exhausting as we always used Istiklal street to get to the bridge and cross over to Souk etc. The highlight of this hotel are the staff and service, especially: Housekeeping - extra special thanks to Nur!!- you are one of the most hard working and honest person I’ve come across and thank you for taking care of our room and always keeping it perfectly clean. I hope the hotel will reward you for your work. The breakfast waiters are always on top of things, making sure guests feel like they’re in a 5 star hotel. Situé à Istanbul, à 1,3 km de la tour de Galata et du bazar aux épices, l'Hotel Momento Golden Horn propose des hébergements, un jardin et une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite. Meilleur emplacement stratégique pour visiter la ville, un très bon restaurant avec la vue exceptionnelle et les prix raisonnables, la propreté des chambres est exemplaire, bravo à l'équipe du ménage. Il y a tout dans les chambres : sèche cheveux, thé, café, sucre, l'eau... Le personnel de la réception est toujours prêt à aider, trouver des solutions et rendre le service.
