During my stay, I had to undergo dental procedures at a clinic just a short walk away from the hotel. Berkan and Ali, who work at the hotel, went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and well-being during my recovery. Their caring and attentive nature made a significant difference during a potentially stressful time. Overall, the hotel exceeded my expectations in every aspect. The exceptional service provided by the staff, combined with the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms, made for an unforgettable stay. Location was very good close to everything walking distance to restaurants, shops, exchange & Malls. Breakfast was delicious. All the Staffs were cheerful & helpful starting from the receptionist Saher & the other gentlemen + the waiters specialy the one with glasses unfortunately don't remember his name + Housekeeping ladies. Will be back in future.
