From the moment we arrived, we were met with friendliness and professionalism. Yigit, the gentleman at reception, was the first to greet us, and he set a wonderful tone for our stay. The entire team, from the room attendants to the breakfast staff, were not only efficient but also exceptionally positive and friendly.Having stayed in Istanbul multiple times and experienced various hotels, I can confidently say that I highly recommend this one.
