My heart will remain here in Lotus, the dream hotel. The hotel staff gave us an unforgettable experience. Every thing is done with love for the guest. The rooms are large, perfectly clean, air conditioning and wifi worked flawlessly, as well as a huge and very comfortable bed. If I could give it a rating of more than 10, since the quality of service is excellent. I would especially like to express my gratitude to Maria at the reception. She is very friendly, sweet and charming. A pleasant surprise was the breakfast, which the hotel provided as a gift, it was unforgettable. The menu is varied and very tasty. My dear Maria and all the staff, thank you very much for your hospitality and ability to make your guests’ stay at the hotel as comfortable as possible. Next time I would definitely stay at the Lotos Hotel.
