Exceptional staff - every single person I interacted with was very polite, professional, and willing to help. They supported me through the process of retrieving a lost luggage from TAP and also gave me several good recommendations on where to go for sightseeing, good local restaurants, and spots to work. The location is also very good - a short walk to the Congress Center and to Cais da Ribeira. The room was pristine, with great amenities. I will definitely come back next time I travel to Porto.

The room was spacious with all the basic needs, the bed and pillows and the bathroom were excellent. Breakfast was incredibly good; did you use the Gym, and it was exceptionally good as well. The rooftop bar and restaurant were excellent Reception guy was very helpful

Featuring an outdoor swimming pool, this 5-star hotel offers a rooftop bar with Porto and Douro River views. The HF Ipanema Park is 1 km from Serralves Museum and Garden. The facilities very very nice and staff extremely polite and helpful. The roof pool was also very nice to spend sunny middays and cool off in the hot sun. Our ever wish was fulfilled and we even got to use the pool on our last day even after we checked out and had our flight back home late in the evening.
