Exceptional staff - every single person I interacted with was very polite, professional, and willing to help. They supported me through the process of retrieving a lost luggage from TAP and also gave me several good recommendations on where to go for sightseeing, good local restaurants, and spots to work. The location is also very good - a short walk to the Congress Center and to Cais da Ribeira. The room was pristine, with great amenities. I will definitely come back next time I travel to Porto.

The facilities very very nice and staff extremely polite and helpful. The roof pool was also very nice to spend sunny middays and cool off in the hot sun. Our ever wish was fulfilled and we even got to use the pool on our last day even after we checked out and had our flight back home late in the evening.
