Where to begin: everything was perfect!, the apartment is so beautiful, very well decorated and spacious (even we booked the smallest one), it is well located, there are so many attractions around, but what really makes the difference is the human factor, what a team, all the time they where so attentive and available. We traveled to celebrate my husband birthday and they left him a handwritten note and a bottle of wine. Those are the details that melt your heart. Thank you Rui and all the On/Set team, we are commuting back for sure.

The apartment was beautiful and modern, it was very clean and had lots of facilities. The staff were really helpful. The location is nice and quiet, it is away from the business of the city but easy to get to the centre quickly. The apartment was secure and you get your own entry code which eliminates worrying about losing a key. We used their recommended airport transfer partner Mario who was amazing and gave us loads of recommendations for Lisbon. Loved it!
