My husband was just out of hospital and we needed more help than usual. The staff were excellent, lent us the hotel wheelchair, helped with luggage and transporting us to the airport building.

On arrival I was surprised by the size of the Hotel and the striking lighting made me think I was on Broadway New York or on The Strip in Vegas. But this was picturesque Bergen and I didn't expect that. The welcome at the reception, the service and the spacious modern room were "simply" excellent! Unfortunately I had to leave early again so I had to skip breakfast this time. However, the lady at the reception had noticed this and had a packed lunch prepared for me.
