The hotel look really nice and quiet. the room is same as in the picture. Breakfast was nice and there are a lot of parking availability. There is fitness center in the leisure area.

The description and pictures of the accommodation in the Booking.com site were very accurate and we were pleasantly surprised that our room and facilities even exceeded what was advertised. The room was well equipped and much thought had gone into making the room comfortable. The accommodation was relatively easy to access from the Central Train station. Our host ,Jos , was very welcoming and even drove us to the train station when we were leaving Utrecht. The breakfast was excellent and we had access to a private garden patio from our room. Jos also provided bikes for our use although we did not have time to use them.

The view was nice over the city and train tracks. The room was super quiet and I couldn't hear anything from other rooms. The bed was comfortable, and the TV had Netflix. The hotel had a laundry room on the ground floor, which was very handy.
