The hotel was opened recently, it's beautifully designed, the rooms are very comfortable and clean, and the bistro serves exceptional meals. But above all, the highlight for me was the superb staff - professional but friendly, accommodating and approachable. They went above and beyond in helping me track down a lost item and had it shipped to me after I left the city. It was fantastic customer experience and I will surely stay here again in the future.
