The most friendly and helpful stuff 🥰 The bed is comfortable. The place is quiet and peaceful. The bus stop is right next to the hotel, so you can easily get to / from the central station. The location was amazing, very close to everything and there’s a supermarket, bus stop and train all beside you. The rooms were immaculately clean and comfortable. Very warm great shower pressure. The staff were amazing! Especially when I was sick (not from the hotel) they couldn’t have done enough. The bar and restaurant were lovely, the food there was beautiful and the staff were very professional and efficient. Could not recommend this place enough!

Ideally set in the Westerpark district of Amsterdam, Hotel Pontsteiger is set 3.1 km from Royal Palace Amsterdam, 3.5 km from Anne Frank House and 4 km from Flower Market. Beautiful building. The staff was very good with helping me with questions and recommendations.
