The staff service was great, they are so kind and welcomed us. The reception staff are professional, especially the girl in reciption and Bsharah Also the staff for parking they are so good always ready on time.

Set in Beirut, Hamra Urban Gardens has a seasonal outdoor swimming pool and a 24/7 fitness centre. This was unexpectedly very good! I just booked some place quickly that was cheap, so I didn't have super high expectations but the room was very nice, it was in a cool location and there was a very hip cafe/restaurant. The breakfast was amazing.

We had the best experience in this hotel. Located in Hamra downtown, with everything you will need next door. The room was spacious, very clean with a comfortable bed. Every morning they deliver to you local breakfast with Lebanese delicacies, lovely. The neighborhood is also good if you have a car. You can park in front of the hotel or in a parking just one road back of the hotel. The staff of the hotel is what you want in every hotel you visit. Moussa contacted me before our visit and gave instructions on everything. George and Ghassan were on the entrance helping the visitors 24h per day. Everything perfect!

Loved this hotel! It is a small boutique hotel but it has everything that I look for in a large hotel — terrific service, excellent food, gym with the essential equipment.

Situated in central Beirut in the lively Hamra Street, Serenada Golden Palace Hotel offers modern rooms with satellite TV. Its rooftop pool features scenic views of the city. The staff was super helpful and service minded. We were upgraded to a bigger room which was lovely. The breakfast could have had more fruit and vegetables but other than that, the stay was great and so was the location! Would definitely stay again!
