The location was perfect. 4 minute walk to the station which made exploring easy. Amenities offered in the reception area were outstanding. Staff was very friendly.

Situated in the centre of Tokyo, Candeo Hotels Tokyo Shimbashi is set 300 metres from Sakurada Park and 500 metres from Shimbashi Station. The location is fantastic, lots of food and convenience stores nearby. Great access to subway and train stations too. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Onsen was fantastic after a long day of walking. Will return for sure!

The staff were very helpful, there were extra amenities such as phone chargers, hair dryers, toothbrushes and toothpaste and razors for shaving. Something I found really interesting was that it's connected to a Lawson's convenience store which is open 24 hours so you can easily go and get anything else that you might want. The Cafe / restaurant on the second floor always had fresh food and the staff were also very nice.
