The staff were all very friendly and helpful, not to mention they were all good looking as well. The egg Benedict’s for breakfast were excellent. One of the best ones I have ever had! The pool on the top floor was also a very good place to chill and relax with the park in view. The sparkling white wine is super good too for non alcoholic drinkers. Sit outside when the weather permits to people watch. The sound proofing was great too as we could not hear the car noises even though we were on the second level.

The hotel is a straight walk out of exit 2a (stairs only, 2b has escalators) of Gaienmae station (Ginza Line). The reception is on the 9th floor (labeled LB in the elevator) and the rooms are from the 10 floor upwards. I didn't know there was a public bath but I couldn't use it during my stay anyway. It's small but serves it purpose! The rooms are very spacious for Japanese hotels and well organized. The toilet and bath were separate making the bathroom more spacious. I had an East facing room right over one of the stadium and it was excellent. I got to see the sunrise in the morning over the city with my cup of tea and even saw a bit of a college baseball game late in the morning. It seems the southwest(?) facing rooms could give you a view of Mt. Fuji! I got a shock passing by a room during cleaning! There are plenty of convenience stores on the way to the hotel and there seems to be a 7/11 in the narrow streets behind the hotel. If you like long walks, you could even take the main road down to Omotesando and further on to Shibuya station. Water was provided in the room but you have to get amenities from the lobby. The receptionists were very kind and welcoming. I would be happy to stay in the hotel again and even recommend it to others.

Amazing apartment in Shibuya, was perfect for our family of 4.. plenty of room and large comfy beds. kitchen and bathroom were modern, clean and well equipped, we even did a load of washing with ease. Also in really great location, just a short walk from Shibuya crossing, shopping & restaurants. Although unmanned hotel, check in was super easy on the tablet. Staff were friendly and very quick to reply with any queries online, highly recommend this property! :)

I don't think we could have stayed at a more accommodating place. I was a little sceptical because the price was slightly out of budget and I had seen APA chains everywhere. The stay was exceptional - really nice room, great location and amenities and there is the possibility of paying extra for an early check in and late check out. They've got a great luggage storage facility. In room entertainment was great and the bed was.comfortable and the shower powerful. Watching Tokyo light up at night from the bedroom window was special.

I have stayed in this hotel before. I Love their location. Walking distance to Shinjuku Station. Very close access to South Gate entrance. Our hotel rooms has a very Nice view of Shinjuku area, railroad of Shinjuku, a glimpse of Gyoen National Park. The hotel is accross a big Takashimaya mall. It has all the ammenities I need for my travel to Tokyo.
