We appreciated a lot the fact that they offered a gift for my husband's birthday (nice chocolates and a bottle of wine). We really felt welcomed.

Breakfast was a little less choices comparing with other hotels, but we were satisfied. The hotel delightfully provided snacks, drinks and simple meals in the evening for free. We loved the onzen very much. Staffs were very helpful.

Location is close to Umeda station and street with many restaurants. Room is ok Japanese size, that means without having luggage it is perfect but with luggage can be challenging, for us was fine since we carry only hand luggage. They offer breakfast but we didn't take it considering 7 eleven is 50m away :) for anyone that plans to take day trips from Osaka this hotel is perfect
