Big room I opened two large luggage no problem, spacious lobby, rain shower which is excellent for a tall guy like me, location is great for nightlife, staff are very helpful and attentive they took care of me until I got in the taxi. I would say this is a 9.5/10 Hotel very recommended!!

Brand new modern hotel with spacious, well equipped rooms/ bathrooms with spectacular views of the city from the floor to ceiling windows. All the staff were super friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived until we left and all spoke good English. Excellent breakfast buffet. Great quiet central location, next to a good shopping mall and Namba underground station. Dotombori and central Osaka restaurants and nightlife action is only a 10 minute walk away. Also has a good gym. Highly recommended and we would definitely stay again
