The room was really spacious, and felt like a home away from home. The kitchenette was well equipped and very useful, and the beds were comfy! The location was great too and handy for everything we wanted. The 'free rental' equipment in the lobby was a lovely addition. It is was quiet too!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel - we would recommend this to people coming to Kyoto. The area is nice, quiet and a short walk to the main area/metro - so location-wise it is good. They have a nice louge where there are unliited snacks and drinks - its thoughtful, and my husband and I would often chill there after a long day. Yes, the rooms are compact - but please expect that all-around Japan in this price range. But they are clean and very comfortable. The staff is polite and helpful, they kept our suitcases while we toured the city and we really appreciated that - Thank you to the staff!! We would surely come again if we're in Kyoto.

Truly amazing! I've stayed in kyoto many times at many "higher end" establishments at several times the price and this is the nicest place I've been in. The room is so nice I'll be modelling the style and layout in my own home. The price is unbelievable I felt like I was robbing the place! The staff were wonderful super helpful friendly and native English level! Super close to everywhere, quiet beautiful rooms.
