Situated just a 3-minute walk from JR Motomachi Staion, Kobe Motomachi Tokyu REI Hotel provides simple rooms with natural colours. This ideally located hotel had, like most Japanese hotels, many free extras. A library of LP's as well as a turntable to play music in the lobby, a drink machine with beer, and a small restaurant for breakfast. Within walking distance of the train station, around the corner from Chinatown and 15 min walk from the waterfront. The staff was so helpful, suggesting places to see and how to get there.

Featuring a coffee shop and Japanese restaurant, Kobe Plaza Hotel is right next to JR Motomachi Station. Its stylish rooms include free broadband internet and a flat-screen satellite TV. A great hotel! Room was clean and comfortable. Location is central with many attractions within a walking distance.

Smile Hotel Kobe Motomachi is within a 2-minute walk from JR Motomachi Train Station. It offers modern rooms with free internet access and a flat-screen satellite TV. Very convenient because it's near the station, and it's beside china town. The staff are so attentive and nice. We'll come back for sure.
