Facilities and amenities are new and well maintained. The common area was decorated beautifully. Breakfast options are extremely generous with various fruits, cheeses, dry-cured hams, beverages, and pastries. This was our favorite stay through our honeymoon trip through Europe. Golden Tower is a completely non-smoking luxury boutique hotel next to Palazzo Strozzi, in Florence's most exclusive area. This property features a spa for extra charge, ultra-modern rooms and a bar. Absolutely amazing. the location is PERFECT. I loved how convenient it is to reach to every main tourist attraction within few minutes of walking. the staff were so welcoming and friendly. basically my must to go place in town

Set in a 19th-Century historical palazzo in the centre of Florence, Helvetia&Bristol Firenze – Starhotels Collezione is 5 minutes’ walk from the Duomo and Ponte Vecchio. the hotel was fantastic. The room had a mice balcony and big bathroom. Very neaty and beautiful. We had dinner in the restaurant downstairs which was super delicious ❤️

The room's lighting was excellent, highlighting the impeccable cleanliness and carefully thought-out decor. The bathroom deserves special mention, being spacious and very well-lit. The presence of a shower and a whirlpool bathtub added a touch of luxury to the experience, providing moments of relaxation and rejuvenation. The staff were remarkably attentive and accommodating, providing high-quality service that enhanced the overall positive experience. The willingness to assist and the friendliness of the staff were highlighted aspects of my stay.
