The room was very comfortable and the cleanliness was excellent. The minibar was free and a wonderful surprise. Chocolate on your pillow at night which was a lovely touch. Staff were outstanding. We would thoroughly recommend this hotel and can't wait to go back.

Everything, location was 25 walk to temple bar 3 minutes walk to the bus, very comfortable bed ,nice rooms clean, staff couldn't be nice especially Gabriela who was very lovely to talk to and gave me the best tips on where to see Irish dancing and I enjoyed it so much. The highlight for me was I never felt safer as a female solo traveller the hotel has instructions in every female toilet on what to do if you feel something is not right and also fire instructions to people with hearing issues. Shout out to who ever came up with these ideas and to the managers who applied them. I knew that not knowing anyone in Ireland I could reach out to the staff and get help which really made me feel safe and happy so thank you.
