The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful . Five star service from them all. They extended themselves to meet all our requests⭐️ The heart of Ubud is a ten minute drive, which suited us. There’s a very popular spa up the road - book early if you want to get in! I wanted to go to well reviewed Balinese Hime Cooking Restaurant nearby, but we ran out of time.

Beautiful pool area overlooking the jungle. Room was stunning and the hotel overall was amazing. The staff were absolutely perfect, nothing was too much trouble and they also facilitated a later checkout upon request without charge. Food was nice although more expensive than eating at local restaurants, however there are many accessible places via taxi if wanting to eat out.

The staff were so cooperative, we had to go early in the morning next day and could have missed the breakfast but they gave us dinner instead. Free body massage was on call as we were very tired, along with free laundry services. Statues and the architecture were also amazing.

Spectacular views and so peaceful + serene. The staff, Ekka and Kadek, were exceptional and very welcoming. We had access to scooters which allowed us to explore our surroundings and more of Ubud

The most incredible hosts, they made me feel at home. The property has a very beautiful garden & pool. Breakfast was amazing, the room was beautiful and the bathroom just out of this world. I cannot wait to go back again. Highly recommend the sightseeing tours provided by the hosts.
