Got even upgraded to a better room free of charge, which was nice. The hotel itself has a unique atmosphere and is always my first choice of accommodation in Budapest.

It was really easy to book some welcome champagne and chocolate dipped fruits to wait in the room upon arrival - very romantic! Hotel is extremely clean, beds are super comfortable, bathroom products are perfect. Location could not be better. Food - delicious!

Very friendly staff. We had a train very early, so we were about to miss out our breakfast. But after we told about it to the staff, they kindly packed the food to the containers. Very clean, and comfortable. Metro station is within 7-10 mins of walk.
