Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very close to the midlevel escalators so it's very easy to get around. Lots of nice restaurants and bars in the area.

Splendid property - Tonnes of old world charm. Terrific location, and the most hospitable staff I have ever met. They personally greet you and remember all the tiny details. Steve, the General Manager was very kind and Vicki Chan at Cafe Causette was so attentive and thoughtful.

The Pottinger Hong Kong asub mugavalt kesklinnas, jalutuskäigu kaugusel metroojaamast Central, lennujaama viivate ekspressrongide väljumispaigast ja piirkonnast Lan Kwai Fong. Location was great, service was amazing. Didn’t expect this level of service from a boutique hotel. Compared to my previous experience in Hong Kong this stay was really good.

It was the best choice we made there is a mall under the hotel it is fabulous for shopping and there are restaurant that very nice, the hotel it self was very comfortable and home like.
