What a wonderful place, beautifully decorated with a lot of charm and warm-hearted people! Highly recommend it if you want to have an authentic and very special experience. From the moment you enter the door of this boutique hotel, you feel very welcome and everything is smooth and pleasant. We booked this place for the Birthday anniversary celebration, and indeed we did feel very special and festive there! Our room was upgraded, it did feel joyful and very romantic! Upon arrival, we had special treats in the room with some nice chocolates, a glass of bubbles and a Birthday card! Very caring and sincere attention towards their guests, you want to come back to this place again! I would like especially to thank Carlo, who was very attentive, kind and genuine, making our stay so special and memorable!

This 5-star luxury hotel is in London's Knightsbridge, looking out over quiet gardens. One of the best hotel stays I have ever had. I think that this hotel really deserves its ranking. Nathan at the reception (the only name I remember) welcomed us and we even managed to check in 2 hours earlier, however we did not expect that. He also gave a lot of tips where to go and what to see. I must say that all the staff are very friendly, polite and respectful. All women that serve breakfast were making the beginning of our days great and very positive. Food was really delicious and we could choose the dishes or adjust them as we would like. The room was very nice, not too small, with all facilities we needed. Adaptor was provided in the room that made our charging of the devices easier. We liked the opportunity to take some treats and tea at the reception. The cleaning of the rooms was done in a proper way.

Doté d'un bar et d'une terrasse, le Sloane Place vous accueille à Londres, à 1,6 km du Victoria and Albert Museum et du grand magasin Harrods. L’ emplacement à la fois tranquille et bien desservi, la gentillesse du personnel de l’accueil au restaurant et l’équipe qui s’occupe du ménage des chambres. Propreté des chambres irréprochable. Nous sommes arrivées tôt le matin avec une petite fille de 7 ans, le check in a pu se faire à notre arrivée avec un surclassement ce qui était vraiment très appréciable pour se reposer d’un vol très tôt. Le petit déjeuner est excellent, les dîners pris de très bonne qualité ( menu enfant très appréciable ).

L’établissement cosmopolite The Ampersand Hotel vous accueille dans un grand bâtiment victorien à quelques minutes de marche de la station de métro South Kensington. It was so comfortable, clean, safe, and quite hotel. The staff were so friendly, and I would like to give a special thanks and gratitude to the receptionist Katerina, she was so exceptional, very cooperative, and very kind, also the rest of staff many thanks to them they were so nice and kind. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting London to stay in it.
