The staff was very friendly. The hotel itself and the room looks very luxurious. Even tho it was an older hotel (which we really liked!), it was clean and taken care of. The hotel is located near a bus station and also a underground station, so it was really easy to move from point a to point b.

Maitrise Hotel London Maida Vale is set in a townhouse, located in North Maida Vale, just a 3-minute walk from Kilburn Park Station on the Bakerloo Line. The room was better than i expected. I recommend this hotel. Very good.

We were on the first floor apartment and could hear people outside (kids playing, people talking as they walk by, cars passing by), but it’s a quiet neighborhood, so it wasn’t bothersome. Our itinerary took an unexpected turn, and we were able to seamlessly extend our stay - it’s the off-season, so peak season might be more difficult, but the office staff were great.
