The hotel is well located, comfortable, great facilites and views! and there is a person at the reception by the name of Catalin, who is just the best! Catalin was a great host, made me feel right at home, and took care of all the bookings at the rooftop hotel restaurant and also helped me with the private beach booking advice! Catalin is just a breathe of fresh air, and I will visit for sure soon

From the moment we arrived to Villa Angelus we realized the perfect location of the property. The first thing we like about about Villa Angelus is its breathtaking surroundings. Situated in a tranquil neighborhood, offering a peaceful relief from the energetic city and the beautiful gardens create a serene ambiance, making it an ideal spot to unwind and soak in the Mediterranean sun. The villa's close proximity to the center and to the promenade is another feature. Also the tram and bus is another option. For only 15 euros you can ride any bus and any tram in the city for one entire week. Villa Angelus is perfectly situated as a base for exploring the region. The iconic French Riviera is at your fingertips, with its glamorous towns like Cannes and Monaco just by taking the train in one of the many terminals (the tram or bus will take you there). Villa Angelus offers parking and this is another positive highlight because parking is very expensive in Nice. I also have to mention Delphine. She is a very nice tenant and she will help you with pleasure on anything you need. She speaks perfectly English, Spanish and of course the stunning French language.

Amazing sea view and just across the road from the beach. Lovely studio with modern kitchenette and bathroom. Would definitely use again and recommend to friends and family.

Cosy studio à 2 pas de la plage is recently renovated and includes a living room with a TV. Featuring a lift, this property also provides guests with a sun terrace. It was very cozy and nice and very close to the beach and public transport. We even rented a car and we found a parking in the area without struggling.
