Virtual reception works well with codes, but you can reach the reception on the phone or in email as well. The reception opened the door remotely when we arrived and stored our luggage until check-in. There is a small fridge in the room. Water, coffee capsules, etc. are refilled every day.

The team from the reception got in touch even before arrival and responed on all questions very quickly. That was a very nice introduction and first impression, which they only confired and reinforced in person.

Ovaj resort s 5 zvjezdica nalazi na odličnoj lokaciji uz more i nudi izravni pristup plaži Las Arenas u Valenciji. Beautiful location and good connection to public transport if needed, though I recommend renting a bike from the hotel to get around since it's much faster. Staff was super nice and hotel was very clean. Breakfast was good as well!

Facing the beachfront, Casa Bassa offers 3-star accommodation in Valencia and features a terrace, restaurant and bar. Great little boutique hotel on the beach! Beach nice here. Room was nice and clean. A/C worked well. If you include the breakfast it’s next door in the restaurant.
