The room was very nice and clean, also the WI-FI was fast. Perfect location, very quiet and everything around the hotel like McDonald's, Tako bell, and Plaza de Castilla metro station.

Great location with easy access to all transportation,checking start at 3pm my flight ✈ arrived at 8:40am they where able to check us in the front desk staff were amazing they helped us to book our reservation for Barcelona to avoid the hassle at the metro,breakfast buffet amazing pool& bar also the room&bathroom were spacious, on OUR second day after getting of the road there were no hot water on OUR side so they move us to another room which was super harsome, MARIA AGUILAR GUEST EXPERIENCE MANAGER WHERE SO AMAZING OFFER US TO ENJOY THE REST OF OUR STAY AT the presidential suite to eat 🍾🍷 melia castilla is a great hotel 🏨 to stay while in Spain 🇪🇸 will book again.

Located along the prestigious Paseo de la Castellana thoroughfare, the AC Hotel Aitana is 250 metres from Santiago Bernabeu Stadium. It is also opposite the Congress Palace events centre. Good hotel overall. Clean. Good A/C - quiet and it was warm. Personnel is friendly and helpful.

Trevlig bemötande av personalen i receptionen och personalen i restaurangen var jättetrevliga. Vi hade frukost och middag som ingår i priset. Maten var mycket god. Vårt rum var rent och sängen var bekvämt. Vi var med min son på Real Madrids match och hotellet ligger nära Bernabeu stadium och är prisvärt! Jag rekommenderar det här hotellet och vi kommer besöka hotellet igen i framtiden.

Our room overlooked the business center. Responsive and pleasant staff. We liked the location of the hotel: the hotel is close to the train station so it will be convenient for you to walk this distance; at the exit from the hotel there is also a bus station and metro (blue and light blue line on which you will quickly reach the very center)
