Hotel close to transportation in a very quiet neighborhood. Definitely a place to rest after long hours walking. Room with some treats replaced everyday, which is a kind gesture and makes a difference in the service. Staff is helpful and friendly, from ones in the counter as in the bar.

El Claridge està situat al centre de Madrid, a la plaça del Conde de Casal, al costat de l'estació de metro de Conde de Casal i a 10 minuts a peu del parc del Retiro. From the start the staff was most nice and helpful. They handled our requests efficiently and with a smile. The room was spacious, luxuriant, and spotlessly clean. The bed was like a cloud. And the bathroom experience was superb.
