The rooms were outstanding and the location is so perfect it’s accessible to all tourists place by foot :) plus the public transport is easily accessible. And the place is surrounded by different varieties of restaurants and meat shops and snack bar as well as street shopping.

I like to give a big shout out to Jose at front desk. We specifically asked for twin beds but house keeping didn’t do it upon our arrival. Jose quickly apologized for the mistake and he took the responsibility and assured us to correct it the next day. His attitude made me felt very safe in his hands. I wish everywhere I go should have more Jose. He is the best!

The hotel was in an excellent location, next to the aerobus stop at the Plaza de Espana and on a quiet street. The check-in lady was very nice and efficient. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable with a nice bathroom (important). I was only there one night but the hotel was perfect. I will definitely be staying here again next time I am in Barcelona.

The location was ideal, very close to Barcelona Sants station. The view was great (21st floor) and the air-condition did a perfect job on a very warm day.
