Located on the Malecon Avenue near city attractions and shopping, the Renaissance Santo Domingo Jaragua Hotel & Casino overlooks the Caribbean Sea, boasting tropical gardens it also offers a full... Everything was good, warm customer service, and comfortable rooms. We had a small issue with room service and they did solve it immediately no complain at all.

Helpful and friendly staff, big comfy bed, large room and a nice cafe/restaurant inside the hotel (we ate breakfast and dinner there). It's also in a good neighbourhood where you can feel safe during the day or at night. The parking lot is large and well protected, you shouldn't worry about your car. Good value for money.

Well set in Santo Domingo, Hotel Señorial provides air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, free private parking and room service. We stayed in room 200 and it was very hot because the AC faces to the door so the room doesn't get cold. This however was resolved when we got a fan ASAP which made it more comfortable. The room was clean, spacious, fresh and very homely. I was really impressed by the quality and presentation of the room. The staff were so nice especially the two gentleman at the front, one has excellent English and translated for us. Another lady with braid hair was also so sweet. The cleaners and other staff at the hotel were friendly and I would recommend the hotel for this reason. The location was very good as we were next to the Colonial area, sea and everything was in reach! Beautiful hotel!
