Breakfast was small, but it had everything you needed. They even had vegetarian options. The lift was operated by the room key, which was very secure. Room cleaning was done per request. Very environmental friendly.

Guests benefit from free WiFi access and a 24 hour check-in service. the staff were friendly and helpful. the room and linens were clean. they provided a baby bed for our child for 10€ a night.

Service impeccable (everybody), but we must mention particulary Ms. Nafizza (Housekeeping) and Ms. Elvira (Breakfast). One example among many: our room-fridge did not work and Ms. Nafizza replaced it in less than 15 minutes. Soundproofing in room exceptionally good.

The reception guy was friendly and my experience was great. The price is good for the separate room. The room is clean and there are a lot of facilities nearby - stores, bars etc.

Clean and spacious hotel, staff was not on the premises, I could only see other guests, however staff was very responsive for any of my questions.
