The hotel was extra clean, the room was nice, super quiet, bed was perfect for us. The staff was nice and helpful. The whole stay there was just easy and perfect thanks to the staff, the facilities and also thanks to the design of the public areas as well as the room. We did not try the breakfast but the bar is open 24 hours, so we could have a coffee in the morning. We just stayed for a night between train and flight but it so much exceeded our expectations that we will return next time and spend a bit longer time.

This hotel in the Haidhausen district of Munich is a 5-minute walk from the Ostbahnhof station. It offers free Wi-Fi, a stylish lounge and modern rooms with a flat-screen TV. The value for money is spectacular. Like their slogan says. Like the price, love the design. The location is good, with a tram and bus stop right in front of the door that takes you to old town in 15 min. The bar and the front desk are open 24 hours. The rooms are small but it’s good enough, well decorated. I love staying in Motel One around Germany. I totally recommend it.

I forgot to check out at my last staying day and spending time outside until afternoon, and I remembered that today was the day for check out! After coming back to this hotel, all of my things were still kept there, and the attitude of hotel staff was more than my expectation. I think this is Hilton quality.

Full Renovated in 2018. In 2022 Novotel Munchen City was expanded with 67 additional rooms in the new building connected to the existing one. The staff at the hotel, bar, and for breakfast were all great. Both the breakfast buffet and the drinks at the bar were very good! The rooms were cleaned and fresh towels were put out everyday.
