Check in without any interaction with people was smooth and comfortable. Our room was very clean, with a beautiful view and a nice design. Capsule coffee machine in the room was really handy! This hotel is situated in Cologne city centre, 200 metres from the Heumarkt Square. It offers spacious rooms and a restaurant. Very comfy beds, quiet rooms and a good size room. Close to the square for dinner and drinks and tram out front is 2 stops to Messe for trade show.

This is a converted historic water tower in the centre of Cologne's Old Town. Staff were exceptional, both at the reception and at breakfast where we were shown around all of the options including à la carte! The room was wonderful (we got an upgrade to a duplex room), quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was the very best ever - sitting outside in the winter garden, with super efficient and friendly staff serving fresh and delicious food. The hotel itself is a marvel, the architecture is amazing and everything oozes style and class, with art in every corner. Bonus points for the stress-free approach to the minibar and the lounge area - all drinks complementary. Parking underneath the hotel is very comfortable - but as extra.

This centrally located, 4-star hotel is a 15-minute walk from Cologne’s Old Town and Main Train Station. It offers a restaurant, a spa and modern rooms with satellite TV. Very nice staff. Upgraded our room when we arrived and then upgraded again after the battery on our door died so we couldn’t get in. Great location with easy transit.
