The staff especially Kaviyan was very warm and receptive to our requests. The room was clean and comfortable. We were served mulled wine on our arrival which was quite refreshing during the cold weather. The location of the hotel is excellent, with most tours happening right next to the hotel and tourist attractions like Charles bridge and Lennon wall, just a short walk away. It is not extremely noisy around the hotel but yet centrally located. The restaurant down is also good. Overall a good recommended stay at Prague.
