The room is very spacious and clean. The beds are comfortable and big. We are especially grateful to the housekeeper who brought us dumplings, as we arrived during the Lantern Festival. We had only asked for a baby bed!

The staff were superb. Owen, Candy and Sam in the club lounge were brilliant and sorted out every thing. When there was something in the food my wife couldn't eat, they sorted a replacement and made a note to the chef for every meal after. The room was well set out and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The complimentary macarons were exceptional. Food and drinks at the hotel were delicious. Highly recommended and we will be back.

The pool bathrooms were amazing. It felt like being in an amazing spa. There were steam rooms, spa, sauna and showers that had different setting and music to match.
