Situated in the Vitacura district of Santiago, NH Collection Santiago Casacostanera is a hotel located at the luxurious Casa Costanera shopping mall. This 4-star hotel offers free WiFi throughout. Everything. It was a lovely hotel in a great location. Rooms were a very good size and well laid out. The bed was super comfortable. Breakfast, outsourced to the cafe next door, was good.

The staff at the hotel was exceptional. The restaurant staff and manager each spoke to us personally every day and asked about our stay and what we had seen or done the previous day. The front desk staff offered a late check out when they realized our flight left late in the evening. This allowed us to comfortably enjoy another full day in Santiago and rest before catching our flight.

Hotel Director Vitacura offers 4-star accommodation in the heart of the residential Vitacura district, near business areas, restaurants, embassies and supermarkets of Santiago. The breakfast had a great variety of food. It was always fresh and there was plenty. Nice way to start the day!

Renaissance Santiago Hotel offers a seasonal outdoor pool and free WiFi in Santiago. Parque Arauco shopping centre is just 700 metres from the hotel. Our room was fabulous and very quiet which we had asked for and very clean too. The breakfast for the two days we were there was exceptional as were the staff especially Natalia and the front of desk man who was very friendly and explained where everything was. The staff couldn’t do enough for us.
