Situated in the Vitacura district of Santiago, NH Collection Santiago Casacostanera is a hotel located at the luxurious Casa Costanera shopping mall. This 4-star hotel offers free WiFi throughout. Everything. It was a lovely hotel in a great location. Rooms were a very good size and well laid out. The bed was super comfortable. Breakfast, outsourced to the cafe next door, was good.

The staff at the hotel was exceptional. The restaurant staff and manager each spoke to us personally every day and asked about our stay and what we had seen or done the previous day. The front desk staff offered a late check out when they realized our flight left late in the evening. This allowed us to comfortably enjoy another full day in Santiago and rest before catching our flight.

Camerele aveau o vedere foarte frumoasă a orașului și spre munți. Ghidul pe care ni l-a pus la dispoziție hotelul - Herbert Brasche - a fost excelent, am comunicat foarte bine și ne-a dus în multe locuri interesante din Santiago și împrejurimi.
