This is a safe location. I stay at Hiltons but a visitor was murdered when refusing to give his cell phone on a walk near the Hilton. We were a day early because our flight did managed to arrive on time inspite of delays, we were given a room same as the one we booked so we did not have to change rooms. Front desk were efficient and very friendly. Thank you! We can recommend the hotel highly! Great location to one of the biggest mall which is only 15 mins away on foot. Safe location too! All the hotel staff were very friendly! If ever wewill be avle to stay in Santiago again, I would not hesitate to choose this hotel!

A nice hotel with great facilities. Clean, nice restaurant and a gym. The neighborhood is very safe and the view is also excellent. I read in various reviews that breakfast was poor - not at all I assure you!

Hotel Pullman Santiago El Bosque has a gym and a pool with views of the city on the 18th floor, modern rooms and free parking. Clean and stylish room. The location was very good, within a walk distance to parks and restaurants.
