Throughout my stay, he was my go-to person for any inquiries or assistance I needed. Whether it was booking spa treatments, arranging for a hire car, or seeking recommendations for local attractions to visit, he went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met. His knowledge of the area and willingness to assist made him an invaluable resource during my stay. I cannot thank him enough for his exceptional service and friendly demeanor. His contributions significantly enhanced my overall experience at the B&B, and I would not hesitate to recommend this establishment to others based on his outstanding customer service alone. Lovely small hotel with a homely feel but we also felt very secure there. Comfy beds. It's in a quiet location but there are many bars and restaurants within a short walk and it's very safe to walk around even at night. The staff were great, and Francette in particular deserves a special mention for making us feel so welcome.

We had a very positive experience, everyone was so friendly. A special thanks to the staff at the restaurant (Fatim and Celestine) they were adorable and always smiley. They deserve a rise or a promotion, they are the leaving proof of excellent customer service. The security Koné was also friendly and did not hesitate to assist whenever we needed him. Another gem is the guy offering Aqua gym lessons, he was simply amazing.
