Warm, welcoming and unapologetically ‘old school’ hotel. Polite, friendly and helpful staff at all hours of the day. Clean and comfortable. Amazing location. Breakfast overlooking English Bay was a highlight. We were only there due to awkward layover timing (18 hours) but loved our stay.

Featuring an on-site bar and restaurant, this heritage hotel is located in Vancouver city centre on Robson Street, only 1.5 km from Stanley Park. I like the hotel because the price is cheaper than others. The location very closed to metro and sky train station. The surrounding there are many Asia food restaurants. The receptionists are friendly and helpful. The room is good and the bed is comfort. From hotel to Vancouver tourist places is just foot distance.

Best Western Plus Sands terletak di tengah-tengah Vancouver, hanya 4 minit berjalan kaki dari pantai English Bay. Ia mempunyai sebuah restoran dan 2 buah bar. We stayed here three separate times during our stay in Canada. Each time the staff were very helpful. During our last stay, we appreciated the information that the room wouldn't be attended to due to staff shortages, but were given vouchers for the Park. This didn't happen at another hotel we stayed at. In fact we had to ask why the room hadn't been attended to.
