Staff was friendly and very helpful. Swimming pool was kept clean at all times and it was a highlight for my kids. The gym room and other amenities exceeded our expectations. I loved the calm neighborhood and closeness to stores and gas station.

Room was very clean, great water pressure in shower. 20% discount was great for breakfast at the restaurant next to the hotel. Easy to leave the car at the hotel free parking and use the city bus to get into Quebec City (where parking is difficult)! The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly!

This hotel is 5 minutes' drive from Quebec city centre and 3 minutes from Le Massif de Charlevoix Train stop. It includes an indoor heated pool and hot tub. It fit our needs for the family vacation

We loved it! Everything we needed was there. Close to everything. Beds were very comfortable! Very clean! Easy quick and efficient to book! Great value! Highly recommended!
